Village training center (VTC ), Kootukural (The collective voices of women) organize the several programmes at Thyagunagar, Thookanampakkam, Poraiyur and Ariyur in all three districts about the advertency of gender equality. The Adecom representatives are collect the complaints of rapporteurs. And give guidance to co coordinators to sort-out and make solution for the issues.
