ADECOM Team will be actively involved in the field visit in their working areas. They visited every day to the village to meet with the village people, Anganwadi teachers, teachers, leaders, and other stakeholders. During their visit field coordinators talked about the children, women rights. They explained about details of the ADECOM Services available for the people. The team members will be in the frilled every day 2-4 hours. During their filed visit they identified the issues faced by children and women . After this issuers identified, the field coordinators analysis those issues with project coordinators and legal consultant of the ADECOM Network, the find solution of those issues.
