A meeting was held on Wednesday at 3 pm on the third street of JJ Nagar about Violence against Women organized by ADECOM Network and Women Rehabilitation Center to Community Based Organization leaders. Ms. Jothi CBO’s leader welcomed the gathering, Ms. Padmavathy provided objective speech and Mr. Tamilarasan advocate provided legal speech to participants.
Ms. Fathima, counselor and Mr. Kadir Velayutham, Residential Union Chairman were delivered their concepts to rectify the violence against women in society. Ms. Mary Ms. Kuzhanthai Teresa Ms. Seela Ms. Kalaiselvi commented on the event. Mr.Sundari, CBOs leaders were thanked everyone who participated in the event.
All the JJ Nagar community group members and volunteers who coordinated the event were thanked on behalf of the ADECOM Network and 33 women attended the event three women victims of domestic violence asked for their advice and assistance for deal their cases.
