Capacity Building Training -CBO’s

CWDR, Maitri and ADECOM Network Coordinately organized the capacity – building training workshop for CBO’s on 08.07.2022 at CWDR office, Kadapakkam. There are 39 people who have participated ( Women 28 Men 11) Anganwadi Teacher 5, NGO 9, Volunteers 6 Women group leader 16 Advocate 2 Police 1. The tcapacity-buildingraining was given on the following topics;
• Working with community team members
• Prevention of gender-based violence
• To identify the violence against women
• Monitoring & Follow up
• One Stop Centre Scheme, Women Helpline Scheme – 181
• Vishaka Guidelines
• Internal Complaints Committee and Local Complaints Committee:
• Media interventions can alter gender norms and promote women’s rights
