On 04.09.2022, a Project fellow Adecom Network has taken sessions 3 & 4 (Work Distribution on Gender / Work Load Time Mapping) to the 18 group members from the Pakkam village in Villupuram district. They were divided into two groups. And given the topic to write in their chart paper by discussing with team members. Then, two representatives were selected from each group to present their writings. After that, the fellow raised the questions from their presentation and concluded the session with a brief explanation.
