#On 20th September 2022, ADECOM Network Fellow organized Gender Equality training for Men & Boys in Pakkam Village , Villupuram district. Fellow took session 5 & 6 , took sessions on Work Load Time Mapping and controlling the movement of girls and women to the 20 group members from the Pakkam village in Villupuram district. They were divided into two groups. And, given the topic to write in their chart paper by discussing with team members. Then, two representatives were selected from each group to present their writings. After that, the fellow raised the questions from their presentation and concluded the session with a brief explanation. At, the end of the session few group members shared their feedback.
