Cuddalore, September 30– A multi-disciplinary consultation meeting on prevention, reduction and resolution of violence against women was organized by District Superintendent of Police Office, Social Welfare and Women’s Rights Department, District Legal Affairs Committee, District Child Protection Office, Maitri National Federation of Women New Delhi and ADECOM Network, Cuddalore District Police Held at Superintendent’s Office. In this meeting, District Additional Superintendent of Police Mr. Srinivasalu (Cyber ​​Crime Branch) headed by Cuddalore District Pocso Special Court Judge Ezhilarasi will be the special invitee and will talk about crimes against women and girls, prevention of child marriage, sexual assault, reporting pornographic images on cell phones, prevention of crimes against girl children, dealing with crimes, how to deal with legal amendments, registration. she also explained how to dispose of cases expeditiously and mainly how to deal with the affected persons. Further, she said that only if all the departments for women and children work together, justice can be delivered to the victims soon. Also, one of our duties is to take the next step in the lives of affected individuals. We must provide them with the necessary training and skill development facilities. Finding and working with voluntary organizations like this same group can show the victim a better way. Because only studies can take them to the next level. He also said that since they are mentally challenged, they can take the help of voluntary organizations to monitor them regularly and give them advice at the right time.
Further, the District Additional Superintendent of Police said that the police always provide assistance to the public at the right time. He also said that with help of ADECOM is always ready to take support affected women.
