On 16.10.2022, Our Fellow conducted the Gender Equality Training to Men & boys in Pakkam Village in Villupuram District. In which 18 youth were participated.
The training was given on priorities and constraints. In the training, the youth were divided into two groups. Coordinator told one group to record the constraints and priorities for women and the other group to record the priorities and constraints for men. The coordinator said that both the groups recorded and explained their views. There are also compulsions for men The coordinator pointed out that they cannot express their feelings and that there are some compulsions where men have to go to work and take care of their families. Then the previous training was sessions were feedback were collected.
