# 16 days Campaign- DAY – 2, 26.11.2022, National Constitution Law Day was remembered in our office with coordination of Maitri Network and State Rural Livelihood Empowerment (DRDA).  Mr. Tamilmani, a social activist participated in this event and explained about the history of Dr. Ambedkar’s as the person who drafted the Constitution of India. He also narrated about what are the problems Dr. Ambedkar faces to submit the Constitution law and the laws he wrote for women. State Rural Livelihood Empowerment (DRDA), Gender Coordinator Ms. Savithiri, says that the women should come forward to report their violence against them. Because a lot of supporting mechanisms were initiated and now it was available for the women survivors.  ADECOM is the one of the best support organizations for the women survivors in our state. The women will come forward to report their violence to this organization to get their justice. Senior Advocates and DLSA Panel Advocates Mr. Ilanjezhiyan, Mr. Purachikumar, Mr. Sinu. Perumal and Mr. Sivakumar also participated. Law officer from Public Works Department Ms. Lakshmi was also part of this event. More than 40 people such as lawyers, social activists, survivors of sexual and domestic violence honored and took pledge on “Unite the dignity for women”.
