On 10 3 2023, Women’s Day program organized by Maitri Network, ADECOM Network & Kututkural in Kutukural Office in Villinaur Puducherry.
Mrs.Barmavathy welcomed everyone , Mrs.Shanti Inspector, Villinaur Women’s Police Station praised the women and talked about the achievements of women and how their development is now and said that women are born to achieve. Mrs. Seta, Secretary of the Women’s Rational Movement participated and spoke about how she was a role model for the women in her village from the Women’s Rational Movement. Mrs.Kalpana Integrated Child Development Department Villinaur spoke about the problems faced by women everywhere in all fields and beyond that it is a great challenge for women to achieve every woman is an achiever.
Every women has different talents and that talent will be revealed only when we do it, so we should express our talent, she asked all the women.
Mrs. Lalithambal the founder explained why this women’s day is celebrated and why we all should remember this day and its special features. He also said that this day is celebrated as women’s day as a day of appreciation for women. Mrs. Jyoti Annal Ambedkar, President of Women’s Reasoning Movement, sang a special song for women and talked about her achievements as a single woman and the support of the same organization.
Mrs.Manimekalai talked about the problems caused by her daughter and the work she did by taking it as a challenge and spoke about the merits of women.Education is very important for women and everyone should take it as a goal and study to be talented and become a good woman and act without fear of failure and that will take women on the path of progress. Mrs. Barmavathy spoke on this day and read 10 pledges based on gender equality and urged everyone to accept them. The program concluded with a vote of thanks. Nearly 45 persons were participated in the program.
