25 June 2023, Our Fellow organized Masculinity training in Natapatu village in cuddalore district.

In the training, participants were divided into two groups. And they ask to draw the picture men & women. One group draw men wearing Pants & shirts , with mustache & beard. Another group in the women picture, draw wearing saree , bangles & Jewelry. Our trainer asked the participant who told you men & women should have this type of attitude. our trainer explained how society embed this one our mind. Women have no freedom anywhere, at home, in the place of marriage, in the society, there is no freedom for them. The people who participated in the development were given the understanding that you should first respect the women in your house and give them their rights and don’t show your masculinity to them.
Then the youth who participated in it gained understanding and gave feedback. Total participants were 20.
