A Monthly meeting for the staff was held today at ADECOM Women’s Resource Center. In this meeting caseworker MS. AarthiEpciba, Introduction speech of the meeting.All ADECOM Women’s Dignity Center staff attended and presents the events reports based on their August work reports. District Co-ordinator of ADECOM Resource Center Mr. Lalidamballe consulted all the presentation of staffs. The legal Consultant of ADECOM Network, Mr.Perumal, gave his views on the monitoring tool, and Visibility Tool Ms.Monica explained about the monitoring tool, and finally, with a few requests from all the employees, the meeting ended with a Thanks speech by a Field Staff Kandamangalam Women’s Dignity Center Mr. Ehumalai, . In this meeting, 1-case worker, 2-facilitator,3-Field Staffs,1-Monitor Person ,1- Counselor are participated in this meeting .
