Mr. Suresh Kumar Panchayat President and Mrs. Rani Panchayat Secretary were the non-leaders in this meeting.At the beginning of the meeting, we asked everyone what their expectations were in this meeting and they shared their views one by one.

Then at the beginning of this meeting the members were first explained about the necessity and utility of the meeting.

1. We explained about gender equality and its need now.
2. In the current situation, we explained to them about the effects of sexual harassment on women and girl children and some of the incidents that happened with examples.
3. The birth rate of girls is 942 girls per 1000 boys.
   The Integrated Service Center (OSC) run by the Villupuram Social Welfare Department is functioning at the Mundyambakkam Government General Hospital.
   The toll free number for children is 1098.
   Child marriage and its potential problems were discussed.
   Tindivanam ADECOMWomen’s Dignity Center activities were explained. It is also kindly requested to send your children to the monthly Balika Panchayat meeting held in your area.

At the end of the meeting the feedback form was given to three persons and written and 98 persons were participated.
