Discussions at the meeting:
We brought all the students together and taught them a small game
Then we asked them about the topics discussed in the previous meeting
They were right We have created an understanding of the topics we have come to talk about now.
We asked where there are support organizations for women. The students also said that they did not know. Then we asked them where AWPS all women police station is located in Villupuram district and some girl students said we have seen it in Villupuram. We clapped our hands to encourage them.
We created an understanding of why the All Women Police Station works, who is there and what to go there in case of any problem. Then we made understanding about OSC Integrated Service Center One Stop Center 181 Call this number if someone you don’t know or someone you know is having a child marriage call this number and tell them where you are talking to and where the child marriage is taking place. We made understanding about the award given by Chief Minister Stalin sir to the child who will not and prevents child marriage . And we also created an understanding of what government organizations are women-oriented in Kandamangalam. At the end, the students were asked to sing a song about what Kandamangalam does and who works at the Children’s Program Office and from where the food goes to the Anganwadi Centers. Mr. Yemumalai Master concluded by singing the women’s awareness song
