Title: Gender stereotyping Date:13.03.2024

The Thulakkanaththam Balika panchayat members meeting was held on 13.03.2024 at government High school Pakkam. We called all the members and sat them in a circle and heard about the ideas that were discussed in the previous meeting, in which a member named Savitha asked us to draw government support organizations in the previous meeting and they showed us that I have drawn a police station. We encouraged everyone by clapping their hands. We taught them a little song to get them interested Then in a box animals and birds write their phonics in twos and shake them and ask each student to pick them up. We gave time to learn each other’s full details and the members also came to understand each other with interest and then we made them all sit in a circle and asked about each other, in which we made them understand that when they talk about the qualities of men and women, the equality of men and women is the way to nurture men and women. Then a feedback form participation list was written and procured from them.This Meeting organized by ADECOM Dignity Centre Kondur Field Coordinators Ms.Jayapraba and Mr.Ezhumalai. In this Meeting 13 Members are participated.
