We are thrilled to share the highlights from our recent Balika Panchayat meeting, where a total of 11 members gathered to discuss and promote women’s rights to grow up. We were honored to have Mrs. Kamalaveni join us as a special invitee, enriching our discussion with her valuable insights.

Here’s a quick recap of our engaging session:

1. Experience Sharing: Members began by reflecting on their experiences from school last month.
2. Interactive Ice-Breaker: We kicked off the meeting with a fun group game to set a lively tone.
3. Educational Insights:
   • Human Rights: We discussed the fundamental need for human rights, distinguishing between rights and desires.
   • Children’s Rights: We covered essential rights including:
     • Right to Life
     • Right to Development
     • Right to Security
     • Right to Participation
4. Empowering Performances: The students delivered a captivating group play, highlighting the importance of female education and the need to combat gender discrimination.
