In our latest Balika Panchayat meeting, we focused on empowering wilderness women and educating our community’s children on their rights.

To start, we celebrated the birthday of former Chief Minister Karmaveer Kamaraj by distributing sweets to all the children. We discussed Kamaraj’s impactful initiatives and engaged the children with interactive games to emphasize unity and attention.

Key topics included defining human rights, addressing violations, and specifically exploring the rights of women. We simplified essential rights such as the right to live (including food, clothing, and shelter), the right to educational development under the Education for All program, the right to security, and the right to participate fully in school activities.

A highlight was our commitment to education, with plans to reward members who achieve academic excellence this year. We are dedicated to ensuring every member receives quality education and opportunities for growth.
