ADECOM Network

On 14.05.2025, ADECOM Network’s Women’s Resource Centre, in collaboration with the Social Welfare Department officials of Kallakurichi, established Internal Complaints Committees (ICC) in textile shops and Meenakshi Multispeciality Hospital in Ulundurpet. A total of 150 participants took part in the initiative. Ms. Josephine, Social Welfare Officer, Mr. Ramu, Kallakurichi Coordinator of ADECOM Network, and Ms. Kavitha were present during the events. Awareness programs were conducted to educate participants about the objectives and significance of forming ICCs under the POSH Act, with a focus on creating a safe, respectful, and supportive workplace environment.
