On 20th September 2025, the ADECOM Women’s Dignity Centre, Tindivanam, organized a Capacity Building Workshop for adolescent boys at Kollar, with the enthusiastic participation of 25 boys and men.

🌟 The sessions, led by AWPS Inspector Mrs. Krupaalakshmi and other resource persons, focused on gender equality, adolescent development, prevention of child marriage, and POCSO Act awareness.

🎯 Through interactive games, group activities, and Kabaddi matches, participants learned about teamwork, self-confidence, safety, and respect for equality. The practical approach kept the energy high and learning impactful.

✨ The day concluded on a motivating note, leaving a lasting impact on the boys’ confidence, awareness, and personal growth — shaping them into responsible and empathetic young leaders for tomorrow.
