📚 The second day of the Balika Panchayat Capacity-Building Training began with heartfelt reflections on the previous day’s learnings.

🎓 From 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Prof. Joseph from Loyola College, Chennai, led an inspiring session focused on learning skills, self-expression, and goal-setting — motivating participants to discover their inner potential.

👮‍♀️ After lunch, officers from the All-Women Police Station, Gingee, shared real-life case experiences that shed light on the challenges faced by women due to violence, helping the girls understand real-world issues with empathy and awareness.

🌷 ADECOM Director Mrs. Nandini addressed the participants, emphasizing the importance of applying their knowledge with determination and purpose. She also distributed study notes and learning materials, enriching the learning experience further.

💬 The day concluded with a feedback session, where participants shared their thoughts and takeaways.
🤝 The entire program was beautifully coordinated by ADECOM Women’s Dignity Centre Coordinator Ms. Sandhiya, with active support from the Balika Panchayat boys team, making the event a collective and inspiring success.
