A one-day training program on Leadership Qualities was successfully conducted at the Women’s Livelihood Centre, Sorathur Village, with the active participation of 30 adolescent girls.

🎓 Prof. Joseph (Loyola College, Chennai) and Mr. Manikandan (Department of Information Technology, Chennai) led inspiring sessions on leadership development and SWOT analysis, helping participants recognize their strengths and potential for growth.

🎯 Adding to the experiential learning, students from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru engaged the girls through interactive games and a social resource mapping exercise, identifying safe and unsafe spaces in the village — promoting awareness about safety and community responsibility.

🌸 The program was insightful, interactive, and empowering, boosting the girls’ confidence, leadership mindset, and social awareness.
