On 13.09.2025, the ADECOM Women’s Dignity Centre, Tindivanam, organized an inspiring Balika Panchayat Meeting at Guruvammal Pettai with the theme “Working Collectively for Women’s Rights.”

✨ A group of 16 enthusiastic adolescent girls came together to discuss key issues surrounding women’s rights, safety, and empowerment.
Through interactive games, group discussions, and memory activities, the participants discovered creative ways to boost their confidence, awareness, and leadership skills.

🏅 Prizes were awarded to the winners to celebrate active participation and teamwork. The session also emphasized child safety helpline numbers and guided the girls on how to seek help in times of difficulty.

🤝 The event was supported by PLV Mrs. Chitra and Volunteer Ms. Vidya, whose guidance enriched the session.
Balika Panchayat member Ms. Dilip Rani concluded the meeting with a heartfelt vote of thanks, making the day a memorable step toward empowering young girls to become leaders and advocates for women’s rights in their communities. 💪🌸
