On 13.09.2025, the ADECOM Women’s Dignity Centre successfully organized a two-day Capacity-Building Training for 27 Balika Panchayat leaders at the Women’s SHG Livelihood Centre, Sorathur.

🎉 The program was inaugurated by Panchayat President Mr. Ashok, in the presence of special guests — WRC Coordinator Mrs. Shilpa, Teacher Mr. Manikandan, and ADECOM Coordinator Mr. Lakshmipathi.

📚 The training focused on essential topics such as girls’ education, child protection laws, women’s rights, and government welfare schemes. Through interactive games, participatory discussions, and group activities, the sessions encouraged the girls to strengthen their leadership, confidence, and awareness.

🤝 The event was efficiently coordinated by Mr. John Bosco and Volunteer Ms. Sandhya, ensuring that every participant had a meaningful and engaging experience.
