On a mission to create gender-sensitive and confident youth, a Skill Development Training Program was conducted at the Arivuchudar Education Centre, Modaiyur, with the active participation of 22 students.

🎯 The sessions focused on gender understanding, equality, and adolescent changes, using interactive games, group discussions, and reflection activities that encouraged the boys to think critically and express their views openly. Their active participation made the training vibrant, meaningful, and transformative.

The program was organized by ADECOM Women’s Centre and coordinated by Mr. John Bosco and Ms. Sandhya, who ensured smooth facilitation and engagement throughout the day.
