On 18.10.2025, a vibrant Balika Panchayat meeting was held at Tayur Village, Gingee Block, with the active participation of 18 girl members.

🌷 The session was graced by Mrs. Shilpa (District Coordinator), Mrs. Kamalaveni, and Mr. Venkatesan, and focused on identifying safe and unsafe spaces in the village through a creative mapping activity. This hands-on exercise encouraged the girls to think critically about safety in their surroundings and to work together for change.

🎂 The day also included a heartfelt celebration of ADECOM’s former trustee Mrs. Lalidambal’s birthday, where high-performing Balika members were honored and sweets were distributed — adding warmth and joy to the gathering.

✨ The event, coordinated by Mr. John Bosco and Ms. Sandhiya, concluded on an inspiring note, motivating the girls to remain aware, safe, and united as young leaders of change. 🌿💖
