On 09 December 2025, ADECOM Women’s Dignity Centre – Tindivanam organized a powerful awareness rally at Kollar Government Higher Secondary School, marking the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.

The rally witnessed the active participation of 130 students along with 15 teachers and social workers. The programme was inaugurated by Headmistress Mrs. Bhavani and ADECOM Trustee Mrs. Nandhini, with a warm welcome by Mr. Lakshmipathi, Coordinator, ADECOM.

Students marched through Gandhi Nagar, Pillaiyar Koil Street, Kudisaipalayam Road, and Bengaluru Road, raising strong slogans such as “Protect Girl Children,” “Stop Violence Against Women,” “Say No to Drugs,” and “End Child Marriage.” The rally concluded at the school with a collective pledge.

Advocates, teachers, and community workers including Mr. Kamaladas, Mrs. Rajeswari, Mr. Neethibathi, Mrs. Indirani, Mrs. Samyuktha, Mrs. Saranya, Mrs. Lakshmi, Mr. Puthadhasan, and Mr. Karthik contributed to the success of the event. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by PLV Mrs. Chitra on behalf of ADECOM.
