Strengthening the IC Committee at ADECOM Backend

During a recent meeting of the Internal Committee (IC) members at ADECOM’s backend, an in-depth discussion was held on the laws, procedures, and mechanisms related to handling and addressing issues of sexual harassment at the workplace. The meeting emphasized the importance of the IC, its legal structure, the responsibilities of its members, and the procedures for receiving and investigating complaints in a fair and transparent manner. There were also discussions on improving the committee’s efficiency, institutionalizing proper processes, and building trust among staff toward the IC. As a result, steps will be taken to further strengthen the IC to help create a safe, inclusive, and equitable working environment within ADECOM.
