ADECOM Network WRC Thiruvannamalai organized the Samathuva Pongal programme on 14 January 2026 at Kiliyapattu Village, Thiruvannamalai District, celebrating unity, equality, and togetherness.
The event was coordinated by Ms. Aarthi Epciba, Project Coordinator, and Ms. Badhma, Field Coordinator, with support from PLV Ms. Inbarasi. The programme witnessed the joyful participation of 9 adolescent girls, 4 adolescent boys, the Anganwadi helper of Kiliyapattu village, and 2 Self-Help Group members, strengthening community bonding through collective celebration.
The Samathuva Pongal celebration emphasized social harmony, inclusion, and shared cultural values, bringing people together to celebrate Pongal as one community.
