A Youth Nomination Meeting was successfully conducted on 19 January 2026 at Kappamalai Village, Gingee Taluk, with the active participation of 18 community members. The meeting emphasized community involvement in selecting youth leaders to strengthen village development initiatives.
Through open discussion, three youth representatives—Ezhumalai, Selvam, and Vennila—were unanimously nominated to take on leadership roles. Their responsibilities and expected activities were clearly explained, with a focus on community support and overall village development.
Key basic needs of the village, including housing plots, Aadhaar cards, ration cards, caste certificates, and bank accounts, were discussed. The organization assured full support in facilitating access to these essential services.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by Youth Representative Ms. Vennila and was effectively coordinated by ADECOM Coordinators Mr. John Bosco and Mr. Megaraj, reflecting a strong commitment to youth-led community development and inclusive growth.
